Allison Creative Services was hired to create a Brand Identity for Brisket, Biscuits, & Beer . The goal was to develop a Brand that captured their personality and uniqueness, and matched the aesthetic to the establishment that they were putting their restaurant in.

The Overview of the Brand

When we say “We smoke the good stuff,” we mean the GOOD STUFF! We use Certified Angus Beef® brisket, slow cooked to perfection with the simplest of ingredients: salt, pepper, and a lot of love. Pair this with homemade biscuits and you’ve got the perfect pair. To wash it all down, select from our assortment of canned beers.

After the onboarding process, we did our Market Research for the specific field that they would be working in. This research included what works in their field, what doesn’t, and color psychology. From this, we created a Mood Board for the client to get a feel for the direction we were headed in. Once approved, a few ideas were mocked and we started to establish a brand identity from the feedback we were given and the research we conducted. We were able create a Brand Identity that gave them the uniqueness they were looking for that stayed close to who they were without feeling cheesy and flashy.

The Outcome and Results

From our research and onboarding process of getting to know the client and their goals, we were able to create a brand identity that represented who they are and allows them to standout in their market with a Main Typographic logo and a variety of colorful stamps to be utilized throughout their restaurant and on various marketing materials.
